Dr Nikhil Kumar Singhmar is an author and Social Media and Political Consultant based in India. He holds a PhD in social media politics from Jawaharlal Nehru University. He is keenly interested in the discourse and narrative analysis of social media, election strategies, and data analysis.

Ravi earned his master's in politics from JNU, specialising in international relations in 2019. After that, he chose to pursue a career in political consulting with Prashant Kishor and IPAC. He has been part of the Bihar (Youth in Politics) campaign, West Bengal assembly election 2021, UP election 2022, Himachal Pradesh election 2022. He left HP in between, as Prashant announced for Jan Suraaj. June 2022 onwards, he was part of Jan Suraaj. He was a delegate to the Harvard conference(HPAIR) in Hong Kong in August 2023, themed ' Architects of Asia: Building Tomorrow.
